I have very dry skin with dermatitis due to skin dryness. I took this product mainly to help with dry skin in winter but unexpectedly my dermatitis is also resolved, which is a release as it’s a very irritating condition. The effect is quite quick, in a few weeks.
The tablet doesn’t have any taste so easy to take, even with empty stomach it didn’t hurt like some other supplements I used before.
